Each intervention is shaped by studying the field of the team and the organization — taking into account the patterns, resources, and priority development directions that emerge in that process.
With a Gestalt approach we look not only at individual behaviour, but at the whole team system and the field where relationships take shape. We study how team members come into contact with one another, how trust is built, which communication patterns dominate, how decisions are made, how responsibility is shared, how the team responds to change, uncertainty and conflict, and what resources and development opportunities already exist in the team.
The outcome is an experiential program designed for this team's specifics: a safe space for new experience, awareness and experimentation. The program strengthens real contact, mutual trust, responsibility, flexible collaboration and the team's natural development process.
